Other personal information collected through the Service may include your gender, information, a copy of your identity card, and/or any other identification document and relationship to the detainee.

When you use our services to communicate with an inmate, the prison institution has the right to record and store the communication for security purposes, which may include your image and/or voice. By using the services, you are expressly providing consent for the Department of Prisons to collect your voice and image and use them as described in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

We may use information collected from or about you for any of the following purposes:

• To manage and service your registration and visit requests.
• To contact you when necessary about your visit requests and registration or your use of our services.
• To send you by mail, phone, text or email, information about your visit details, registration details as well as about our services in general.

• To help us better understand visitors' uses of our Service.
